  • We arrive 1.5 hours before the booth opens to ensure smooth operation, and this time doesn’t count towards your rental period.

  • We need a 120-volt, 10-amp, 3-prong outlet within 50 feet of the booth. Weak connections can cause malfunctions, but our attendants will test and relocate if needed.

  • Our photo booth is best suited for indoor events, but we can accommodate protected outdoor settings such as covered areas or enclosed tents. Environmental factors like wind or rain may affect the setup, so we recommend ensuring the area is properly sheltered for the best experience.

  • Every booth includes a trained attendant to handle setup, operation, and takedown, ensuring guests enjoy the experience.

  • Book as early as possible—ideally 3 months in advance. Popular dates can fill up over a year ahead. Last-minute bookings are possible but not guaranteed.

  • A GIF, is made up of 3 photos and then looped over and over. It gets saved as an mp4. A Boomerang is a short video clip, that plays forwards and then backwards. It gets looped, and the saved as an mp4 video.

  • Your photos are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks, with a maximum of one month for editing.

  • We’re insured for up to $1,000,000 and can provide proof for your venue.
